Cloud Services Client Manager (Deerfield Beach, FL)

What you’ll do:

  • Achieve assigned quota targets through independent prospecting activities and management of pipeline via
  • Act as solution expert to clients
  • Engage clients at a detailed level to gain an understanding of the business issues and objectives driving the client’s needs
  • Contribute to strategic planning activities across existing and prospective client bases to identify and position opportunities
  • Maintain strong technical awareness of assigned products, professional and managed services and general knowledge of other service offerings within CSPi Technology Solutions Product Portfolio
  • Drive account planning and solution awareness initiatives with CSPi Technology Solutions partners


  • VAR or Systems Integration experience preferred
  • Sales experience in IT Solutions, Cloud, Managed Services using: Microsoft, AWS or other industry relates SaaS offerings
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years prior client account management experience in a high tech environment in an indirect sales and procurement environment with a demonstrated track record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcoming objections, ROI analysis and closing the sale
  • demonstrated Business and Technical acumen is required
  • Prior experience using CRM products (Microsoft CRM and/or is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability
