The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to accelerate sales pipeline in support of CSPi Technology’s salesforce. This individual will be highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential!
Responsibilities and Duties:
Leverage marketing collateral and assets to develop new business via outbound telephone calls, emails, and social media to introduce the CSPi Technology Solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market
Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
Book appointments with prospects and follow up to confirm their attendance to meet with client managers
Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how CSPi Technology Solutions offerings will address their needs
Build and nurture prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to identify where prospects are in the buying cycle and move opportunities further through the sales funnel
Support marketing event, by driving attendance of relevant buying personas
Create a library of call scripts that include value propositions, competitive differentiators, qualifying questions, and objection handling, that are vertically relevant and aligned to each technology focus areas of CSPi Technology Solutions
Work with the Director of Marketing on strategies to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals
Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards
Qualifications and Education:
HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-3 years telemarketing, or lead generation, or sales experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined key performance indicators and activity quotas
A proven track record of developing strong client relationships
Must be a self-starter, a strategic thinker and can ideate a plan and execute on it
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
Computer savvy skills in Windows environment
Experience with HubSpot or other CRM Software preferred
