As a Sales Development Representative, you will be partnering with business development, marketing, and sales to nurture and qualify inbound and outbound sales leads through a variety of programs and digital tools and foster new opportunities for growth. The Sales Development Representative will ensure that a consistent pipeline of new, qualified opportunities is developed for our sales teams. The Sales Development Representative will work as the liaison between the Sales and Marketing team and is crucial in driving new business opportunities.

What you’ll do:

  1. Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  2. Support Sr. Client Managers on outbound strategies and lead generation efforts
  3. Attend partner trainings and develop an understanding of their communication infrastructure
  4. Set up qualified meetings for Client Managers
  5. Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the Client Managers
  6. Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  7. Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  8. Collaborate with SDR team by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each meeting
  9. Manage and track leads, track event and marketing activity, and forecast opportunities using CRM tool
  10. Educate and qualify selling opportunities by understanding the prospects’ current and potential goals
  11. Work closely with the sales team to communicate new campaigns and gain feedback on the quality of leads
  12. Support the proposal and quoting process


  1. Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal
  2. Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound calls daily
  3. Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  4. Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of leads
  5. Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate in an exceedingly competitive environment
  6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  7. Self-motivation, competitiveness, objection handling, and attention to detail
  8. Proficiency with spreadsheets
  9. Ability to translate prospect needs and influence their decision-making
  10. Must be a goal-oriented individual
  11. Ability to build rapport with contacts through phone calls and emails to understand where the prospect is in the buying cycle
