Service Activation Specialist (Deerfield Beach, FL)

As a Service Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients to CSPi’s Unified Communications as a Services (UCaaS) and CSPi’s Vital Managed Detection and Response offering. This position will be located in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Project coordinate and manage tasks associated with onboarding clients to various managed service offerings within the organization focusing on UCaaS and MDR.
  • Complete tasks in an organized and efficient manner ensuring timelines are met.
  • Utilize ConnectWise to manage customer interaction and inquiries.
  • Provide customer support through onboarding.
  • Champion the product through client onboarding process and ongoing education.
  • Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Review organizations current processes and provide recommendations to improve the service onboarding experience

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Project Management or Project Coordinator experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Microsoft Project
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability
