As a Service Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients to CSPi’s Unified Communications as a Services (UCaaS) and CSPi’s Vital™ Managed Detection and Response offering.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project coordinate and manage tasks associated with onboarding clients to various managed service offerings within the organization focusing on UCaaS and MDR.
  • Complete tasks in an organized and efficient manner, ensuring timelines are met.
  • Utilize ConnectWise to manage customer interaction and inquiries.
  • Provide customer support through onboarding.
  • Champion the product through the client onboarding process and ongoing education.
  • Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Review the organization’s current processes and provide recommendations to improve the service onboarding experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Project Management or Project Coordinator experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Microsoft Project
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic, attitude, and follow-through ability.
